1Siapa yang mengelola data Anda
Quality Xtreme (QX) adalah komunitas editor video di Indonesia. Situs dan aplikasi QX dioperasikan oleh RyanLee QX. Untuk urusan privasi dan data, hubungi ryan@qualityxtreme.com.
2Apa yang dicakup kebijakan ini
Kebijakan ini berlaku untuk situs publik qualityxtreme.com, aplikasi member app.qualityxtreme.com, dan bot WhatsApp QX yang bekerja di grup member. Kebijakan ini tidak mengatur TikTok, Roblox, Garena, Moonton, Discord, atau WhatsApp; masing-masing punya kebijakannya sendiri.
3Pengunjung situs publik
Situs publik tidak punya akun, tidak punya formulir, tidak memasang cookie, dan tidak memakai alat analitik atau pelacak iklan. Yang terjadi saat Anda membukanya:
- Penyedia hosting kami memproses lalu lintas jaringan (alamat IP, jenis peramban) sesuai kebijakannya sendiri. QX tidak menyimpan alamat IP pengunjung.
- Pilihan bahasa, tema, urutan daftar, dan sakelar Gerak 3D disimpan di peramban Anda sendiri dan tidak dikirim ke QX.
4Data member
Aplikasi member hanya untuk anggota QX yang diberi kode akses. Data berikut diproses:

5Yang tidak kami kumpulkan
- Video Anda tidak pernah dikirim ke QX. RyanLee QX Patcher bekerja sepenuhnya di dalam peramban Anda; yang sampai ke QX hanya nama berkas dan data teknisnya.
- Kata sandi TikTok, sesi TikTok, atau akses ke akun TikTok Anda. QX tidak masuk ke akun Anda dan tidak mengunggah atas nama Anda; unggahan Anda lakukan sendiri di TikTok Studio.
- Alamat IP. Saat masuk aplikasi, alamat IP diteruskan ke layanan verifikasi anti-bot; QX tidak menyimpannya.
- Tanggal lahir atau dokumen identitas.
- Analitik, pelacak iklan, atau pengukur pengunjung dalam bentuk apa pun.
6Siapa yang ikut memproses
QX memakai layanan pihak ketiga berikut. Masing-masing memproses data sesuai kebijakannya sendiri. Nama layanannya tidak kami rinci di halaman ini; Anda dapat menanyakannya lewat email kontak.
- Penyedia hosting dan keamanan: menyajikan kedua situs, memverifikasi bahwa yang masuk bukan bot, dan menyimpan cache sementara.
- Layanan cloud untuk backend dan penyimpanan: menyimpan data member, catatan pemakaian, dan foto profil.
- Layanan pengambil data profil publik: mengambil statistik dan foto profil TikTok yang publik atas permintaan QX.
- Pencarian data game: Roblox lewat API publik resmi Roblox. Free Fire dan Mobile Legends lewat sumber tidak resmi; ID game yang Anda ketik dikirim ke sumber itu.
- Pemeriksa dan pengunduh video TikTok: tautan yang Anda masukkan dikirim ke TikTok dan ke layanan pihak ketiga yang tidak resmi.
- Penyedia AI untuk bot WhatsApp: hanya saat fitur jawaban AI diaktifkan pengelola, pesan di grup, nama pengirim, dan pesan suara dikirim ke penyedia AI untuk dijawab. Saat fitur itu mati, tidak ada yang dikirim.
7Berapa lama data disimpan
- Data member dan catatan pemakaian disimpan selama diperlukan untuk operasional komunitas, dan dihapus atas permintaan Anda atau sesudah keanggotaan berakhir.
- Sesi masuk berlaku paling lama 6 jam.
- ID game dan tautan video yang Anda cek hanya disimpan sementara, paling lama beberapa menit.
- Pesan yang dijawab bot AI hanya diingat bot sebentar untuk kelanjutan percakapan; penyimpanan di sisi penyedia AI mengikuti kebijakan penyedia itu.
- Pilihan bahasa dan tema tersimpan di peramban Anda sampai Anda menghapusnya.
8Hak Anda
Anda dapat meminta salinan data Anda, memperbaiki yang keliru, menghapus data, menurunkan foto dari halaman member, atau mengakhiri keanggotaan. Caranya ada di halaman Permintaan Data. Prosesnya manual dan ditangani langsung oleh pengelola.
9Keamanan
Kedua situs hanya dilayani lewat HTTPS. Sesi member tidak bisa dibaca skrip di halaman, masuk aplikasi dilindungi verifikasi anti-bot, dan tiap member memegang kode akses sendiri. Tidak ada sistem yang seratus persen aman; jaga kode akses Anda dan jangan bagikan ke siapa pun.
10Usia
Layanan QX ditujukan untuk usia 13 tahun ke atas. Member di bawah 18 tahun bergabung dengan sepengetahuan orang tua atau wali. QX tidak memverifikasi usia. Orang tua atau wali yang keberatan dapat menghubungi ryan@qualityxtreme.com.
11Perubahan kebijakan
Kalau kebijakan ini berubah, tanggal berlakunya di atas diperbarui. Versi Bahasa Indonesia yang mengikat; versi Inggris adalah terjemahan untuk kemudahan.

1Who is responsible for your data
Quality Xtreme (QX) is a community of video editors in Indonesia. The QX site and app are operated by RyanLee QX. For privacy and data matters, contact ryan@qualityxtreme.com.
2What this policy covers
This policy applies to the public site qualityxtreme.com, the member app app.qualityxtreme.com, and the QX WhatsApp bot that works inside member groups. It does not govern TikTok, Roblox, Garena, Moonton, Discord, or WhatsApp; each has its own policy.
3Visitors of the public site
The public site has no accounts, no forms, sets no cookies, and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. What happens when you open it:
- Our hosting provider processes network traffic (IP address, browser type) under its own policy. QX does not store visitor IP addresses.
- Your language, theme, list order, and 3D motion choices are stored in your own browser and are not sent to QX.
4Member data
The member app is only for QX members who have been given an access code. The following data is processed:

5What we do not collect
- Your videos are never sent to QX. RyanLee QX Patcher runs entirely inside your browser; only the file name and its technical data reach QX.
- Your TikTok password, TikTok session, or access to your TikTok account. QX does not sign in to your account and does not upload on your behalf; you upload yourself in TikTok Studio.
- IP addresses. At sign-in your IP address is passed to an anti-bot verification service; QX does not store it.
- Date of birth or identity documents.
- Analytics, advertising trackers, or visitor counters of any kind.
6Who else processes data
QX uses the following third-party services. Each processes data under its own policy. We do not list the service names on this page; you can ask for them through the contact email.
- Hosting and security provider: serves both sites, verifies that a visitor is not a bot, and keeps short-lived caches.
- Cloud service for backend and storage: stores member data, usage records, and profile pictures.
- Public profile data service: fetches public TikTok statistics and profile pictures at QX’s request.
- Game lookups: Roblox through Roblox’s official public API. Free Fire and Mobile Legends through unofficial sources; the game ID you type is sent to those sources.
- TikTok video checker and downloader: the link you enter is sent to TikTok and to an unofficial third-party service.
- AI providers for the WhatsApp bot: only while the operator has switched the AI answer feature on, group messages, sender names, and voice notes are sent to an AI provider to be answered. When the feature is off, nothing is sent.
7How long data is kept
- Member data and usage records are kept for as long as they are needed to run the community, and deleted at your request or after your membership ends.
- A sign-in session lasts at most 6 hours.
- Game IDs and video links you look up are kept briefly, a few minutes at most.
- Messages answered by the AI bot are remembered by the bot only briefly to keep a conversation going; storage on the AI provider’s side follows that provider’s policy.
- Language and theme choices stay in your browser until you clear them.
8Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct what is wrong, delete data, take a photo down from your member page, or end your membership. How to do that is on the Data Request page. The process is manual and handled directly by the operator.
9Security
Both sites are served over HTTPS only. Member sessions cannot be read by scripts on the page, sign-in is protected by anti-bot verification, and every member holds their own access code. No system is completely secure; keep your access code to yourself.
10Age
QX services are intended for people aged 13 and above. Members under 18 join with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. QX does not verify age. A parent or guardian who objects can contact ryan@qualityxtreme.com.
11Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date above is updated. The Indonesian version is the binding one; the English version is a convenience translation.
